Customs Declaration & Clearance Compliance

 

Standardize the preparation of customs declaration documents, truthfully declaring product names, HS codes, materials, quantities, cargo values, country of origin, and intended use, and strictly prohibit customs declaration violations such as underreporting cargo values, misdeclaring HS codes, concealing product names, and falsifying country of origin.

Cooperate fully with inspection requirements from China Customs and customs authorities in destination countries, ensuring the completeness of all supporting documents including packing lists, invoices, contracts, certificates of origin, and commodity inspection materials. For countries subject to anti-dumping, countervailing duties, or tariff barriers, properly conduct tariff classification and maintain corresponding documentation records to avoid cargo seizures, hefty fines, or return of goods.
